2 cups steamed broccoli florets
1 1/2 cups (milk, 1/2 1/2 or cream)
6 eggs
1 cup of cheddar cheese (or any cheese of your choice)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 prepared pie crust
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Whisk the eggs and milk together. Add salt and pepper and set aside. Add the broccoli to the crimped pie crust and then top with the cheese. Slowly pour the egg mixture over top. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until eggs are 'set.' Enjoy!
